Twinkle Hat

This is a great pattern from the Toronto Knitcafe, called Twinkle Hat.  It knits quickly and looks awesome. Instead of using the Flicker Yarn as suggested, I double up the Illimani Yarn Royal 1, and it gave a nice soft drape.
